World Trade Organisation Annual Public Forum 27-30 Sept
The 2022 Public Forum is entitled “Towards a sustainable and inclusive recovery: ambition to action”. The sub-themes are “Leveraging technology for an inclusive recovery”, “Delivering a trade agenda for a sustainable future”, and “Framing the future of trade.” The 2022 Public Forum will be held in person at the WTO in Geneva. The online registration form, which must be completed by all participants, is available here. The deadline for registration is 7 September.
International African Trade Fair (IATF) 2023 Conference
Next Year’s IATF conference and trade fair will be held in Côte d’Ivoire. It will feature leading African and international speakers and a variety of sessions dealing with African trade and investment. Specifically, the conference will feature dedicated sessions on trade and investment opportunities under the AfCFTA and will also include training workshops covering exporting, standards, and marketing.
