COVID Level 4
It is back to Level 4, at least until 11 July. EFSA continues to be involved in the Department of Communications and Digital Technologies’ (DCDT) COVID-19 Programme Response: OTT & Ecommerce Work Group, which meets monthly. EFSA put out the following statement –
COVID – Level 4 – Keeping ecommerce safe for all.
South Africa has returned to Level 4 until 11 July.
Please ensure that your delivery services practice social distancing when they take delivery and when they deliver.
That they wear masks.
That they sanitize the parcel and the pen if a signature is required of the consumer.
That you use electronic payments as much as possible.
Please let us know if you encounter any problems. We have been asked for feed-back by government.
Thank you – and keep safe and sanitized!
