Back to Books

Startup Oniocha from Ghana is looking for investment to introduce its online bookstore across the continent. Oniocha allows customers to buy, sell, request and swap books, all on one digital marketplace. The COVID lockdown has increased the demand for books and the startup is a response to the difficulty Africans face in buying books in an efficient and affordable manner. The other news from Ghana is that a new single digital payment platform was launched in June. This aims to enhance government’s digitization agenda.
