TIPS FOR E-MERCHANTS ON AVOIDING ONLINE FRAUD – Week 2

Over the last 3 months, EFSA has been working with SABRIC to create tips relating to governance and security for e-merchants. We will be posting weekly tips on how to combat online fraud.

Tip 2:

When it comes to high-cost orders, including from established customers, always check with the card operator. In addition, check the fulfilment address as a sudden unexplained change of address could be a sign of fraud.
