General Notice for the 2018 Festive Season
Every year during the festive season there is a significant increase in the number of transactions processed through the payments system. Considering the great number of role-players involved when processing a transaction, it could occur that a card transaction is unsuccessful due to a number of potential system challenges. As we understand this could cause confusion and frustration, we encourage cardholders to contact their issuing bank in the event of uncertainty to obtain clarity on the specific incident. For your convenience we have listed the relevant bank Call Centre numbers below.
