Given the role of SMEs as the backbone of the global economy\, EITI\, as digital for\nthe development firm is collaborating with all interested partners to raise awareness of the plight of these vital businesses\, to provide trusted policy advice and concrete digital tools to empower SMEs in Sub-Saharan Africa. \nIn particular\, Covid-19 has accelerated the drive for eCommerce and online cashless transactions as part\nof interventions to contain the pandemic.
